If you are seeing:
Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.
Then you have the same problem as me :-( I'm currently on to SMF to try to resolve the problem)
It will be up and running just as soon as possible...
